Plantstats are launching a new series of low cost PCs and displays. They are designed to work seamlessly with Plantstats line side web page displays, providing operators with live data from the line. The system can be mounted in enclosures or fitted behind a standard screen and will display the required data without the need for a keyboard or mouse.
All pop up screens and logins have been eliminated, to allow the display to automatically connect on power up. The new system has been developed to provide Plantstats users with easy access to visual data throughout the factory at a reasonable cost.

Plantstats, a leading manufacturer of cost reduction technology for the food and drinks industry, continues to grow its operations in Scotland with the announcement that Greenvale, the UK's largest grower of organic potatoes, is to upgrade its Plantstats system to include Down Time and OEE monitoring. Greenvale’s have used Plantstats systems for some years to capture and analyse checkweigher data, but by upgrading their system to include the OEE module they can now monitor the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their factory in Duns.
This latest development follows in the steps of Greenvale Floods Ferry factory, that have been using Plantstats systems to monitor OEE and down time for some years.
