Plantstats is the trading style of Quality Control Solutions Ltd and the name of our main product. Plantstats is a registered trade mark of Quality Control Solutions Ltd.
Plantstats has been designed to work on all lines. It can take advantage of sophisticated line control systems or can it can be free-standing. Irrespective of the age or complexity of the line, Plantstats can give real time data that will enable you to focus on driving up efficiencies.
The Plantstats hardware on most lines requires only a network connection (Wi-Fi option is available), a 24v dc supply and 2 signal cables from sensors on the line. It is easily installed by any factory electrical engineer. On many sites the complete installation takes less than a couple of hours.
Savings will depend on your current levels of efficiency. Some customers see improvements of more than 20% by continually improving the equipment and processes based on the Plantstats OEE data. We monitor performance over the first few weeks and we rarely see less than a 5% improvement.
Plantstats provides full training for all staff as part of our installation package. Our operator interface is easy to understand, and we provide instructions and ‘live’ support whilst the line is running. Our user interface for managers is intuitive and provides instructions to get you up and running. Your package also includes follow up visits, telephone support and remote assistance.
Plantstats uses an industry standard Microsoft SQL database and has various options to enable integration with other systems. We regularly integrate data from Navision and feed OEE, count, and weight data back to third party systems and reporting tools.
